Dara Girard’s Full Contest Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win
- Eligibility: Open only to subscribers of Dara Girard’s newsletter who are at least 18 years of age or older and are legal residents of the United States.
- Only one entry per contest will be counted.
- Contest Period: The promotional period for each contest will be listed at www.DaraGirard.com.
- Entry: To enter fill out the form at www.DaraGirard.com
- Newsletter sign up is required only ONCE. An opt-out option will be provided in every newsletter. Entry into contests will require each subscriber to sign up every time she/he wants to enter a contest.
- Notification: Winners will be randomly selected, and notified by email at the end of the promotional period. Each winner will have fourteen (14) days after delivery of an email notification to claim the prize and verify their postal mailing address. If winners fail to respond to the winning notification email within fourteen (14) days, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be randomly chosen from the list of entries.
- Prize/Odds: Prize(s) for each contest will be listed at www.DaraGirard.com. There will be at least one winner. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes being given.
- Winners List: All winners are chosen by Dara Girard whose decisions regarding the contest are final and binding. Names of winners will be posted on www.DaraGirard.com
